In response to SAA rules:
You may very well say it is not the fault of SA. I suppose you would also say that the Airports Company has nothing to do with SAA. The fact that these two supposedly private companies are efectively "owned" by government probably also has nothing to do with it, nor the tax payers' money which government (their owners) pump into them. I suppose the fact that SAA also just accepts this in their stride and does not issue STRINGENT alerts upon ticket purchase, nor upon check in that you stand a very good chance to loose things, is also not their fault. Lastly, it is a fact that the baggage claims are handled by the airline and the support from airline personell is, shall we be civil and call it somewhat lacking. I dare say, by first world standards, it is non-existant.

So have you been working at SAA long, then? Maybe your time would be(e) better spent actually offering customers some customer service as opposed to writing crap like the obvious punt above. The only way anyone would believe your "post" would be if they were as patently stupid as you obviously are, a personality trait that seems to be a mandatory requirement for employment at our national carrier.

Also, your grammar is reprehensible at best - go back to school and learn to punctuate before writing something that you can commit to a public blog, you fool.

I would just like to say that your problem is completely pointless unless your one of those "OMG im the best and im so rich and i hate everything!" kind of people.
now, my point is that there is nothing wrong with saa(in fact its a fine airline)
the problem is ACSA(airports company south africa) who employs shit people who see Durban as PE so guys really, its not saa's fault
