		<description>My girlfriend boarded an SAA flight to Livingston and yes...she arrived without  her baggage.

She was told it will probably arrive the next day!

I don&#039;t understand how this happens...I mean here&#039;s the logic:
your bag is scanned at baggage handling and taken to the plane you&#039;re boarding. 

On your arrival, it is offloaded and taken to the collections area where you should be collecting it.

How does it get lost? 

It&#039;s like going to the kitchen to fetch a glass of water and losing the glass on your way back to the living room! Unbelievable!</description>

I&#039;m so glad to read your comments on the free companion ticket as the terms and conditions of the offer are not advertised and like most other potential customers I was impressed with the offer until now.  Thanks for sharing your experiences, its made me reconsider taking up their credit card offer and I think I&#039;m gonna shop around a little more.</description>

Just to say we are sliver &quot;voyager&quot; members, and we have the CC to boot! I have never had such ludicrous prices offered to me as by SAA. I have just booked to the Manchester Business Class on Etihad, which has won every award going, and the cost R20250, the reason I did not book SAA was the cost R53000??? I also asked to book an economy ticket, and upgrade with my voyager miles, cost R27000??? How can a first class airline offer flights with the level of service, lie flat beds, etc etc etc, when SAA are not even full equipped with lie flat beds on all flights, and more than double the price!!! Oh sorry I forgot I have a stop of 2 hours in Abu Dhabi which I will have to have a massage free, oops and a shower, oh and my hair done ALL FREE!!! 

Come on SAA, we want to support you, but really where is the value add?

Cancelling all my CC and stuff Voyager, anyone want 125000 useless miles??</description>

		<description>My SA Airlink flight(SA 8635HY) was cancelled on the 24th of December that left me stranded for Christmas and totally ruined my holiday.  I paid +-R5000 for flight tickets to George.  I bought the tickets end of November 2009.  After numerous attemps to phone the refunds department I was directed back to SAA&#039;s refund department who told me that they can only refund me in 8 weeks!!!!!  So my money sits in SAA&#039;s account gathering interest for 3 months yet they took the money out of my account in a matter of seconds.  I have sent them my banking and credit card details.  All they need to do is put the money back in my account.  They ruined my Chrismas and holiday completely and thus far the beginning of my year is a consatnt battle and wait for their call center staff to answer the phone.  Numerous e-mails were sent and all I want is my money back!</description>
